The design of the NORDBORG 32 has been based on the desire for a fast, spacious, family-friendly sailing boat with classic lines. The NORDBORG 32 is supplied with a mahogany or fibre-glass superstructure. The furnishings are made of mahogany (or other woods, as desired), and are manufactured and fitted by craftsmen with longstanding experience in the boat-building trade. This also allows individual accommodation requirements to be catered for. The lines of the deck layout also showcase something of the more than 60 years' experience the yard has to its name.

At a width of 2.98 m, you can always find a space for the NORDBORG 32, and with its high seaworthiness, directional stability and ease of manoeuvrability, it's the ideal vessel for a family.

The hull is made of hand laid fibre-glass with a 10 mm balsa wood core. The lead keel has been fitted onto a deep, integral keel box in the hull using eight 20 mm stainless steel bolts. The NORDBORG 32 can also be supplied with reduced draught.

All halyards and reefs can be operated from the cockpit. Self-tailing winches have been installed. All fixtures, riggings and sails feature excellent quality workmanship.

The furnishings are elegantly executed in wood. There are no visible fibre-glass surfaces. According to requirement, the ceiling can be supplied in plain varnished Oregon pine or white glazed ash. All features are practical and have been thoroughly tested, e.g. the oilskins cupboard in the toilet, the sliding door to the forebody, deep bilge as stowage space, stowage space under all the bunks and so on.
